ORGANIC MANURE (KHAJANA)

Organic manure is a natural fertilizer derived from decomposed plant and animal waste, such as animal dung, crop residue, and kitchen scraps. It is used to improve soil fertility and health by providing nutrients to plants and enhancing soil structure, water retention, and microbial activity. Unlike synthetic fertilizers, organic manure provides nutrients in a complex form that soil microbes must break down into simpler, absorbable nutrients.

To use organic manure, spread it on the soil surface and incorporate it with a plow or till it in, especially when it is well-rotted. It can also be applied as a mulch around plants, used directly in potting mix, or made into a liquid fertilizer. For best results, allow partially rotten manure to age for a few weeks before planting.
