For control of Thrips, Aphids, Jassid, Mites, Leaf Miner, Leaf Folder. 

A neurotoxin called profenofos inhibits cholonesterase in insects' neurological systems. The optical isomer retains several forms of insecticidal activity and the capacity to inhibit acetyl cholinesterase because of the chiral phosphorus atom.
